Max Soren is Of Counsel to Kahn and Kahn and assists our clients with their litigation needs including evictions, property tax assessments, commercial litigation, property damage/insurance claims and probate and trust litigation.

Mr. Soren graduated from Fordham University School of Law in NYC in 2002. He started out his practice in probate and trust litigation and commercial litigation. After 4 years in private practice, Mr. Soren joined the State Attorney’s Office in Miami as a prosecutor where he gained substantial jury trial experience.
